Project Management and Installation Oversight

Completed: January 2004

In Motheral’s newly constructed $6 million, 150,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art printing facility in Fort Worth, Texas, Balcones Resources managed the installation of the largest automated waste trim removal system in the Southwest United States.

Separator, Rotary Airlock and Horizontal Auto-tie Baler	Material Fans
Filter House, Cyclone, and Compactor	Pinch Conveyor, Cart Tipper, and Shredder Conveyor and tipper feed the shredder. Material is then air conveyed to the baler.

Austin American Statesman
Design and Installation of Automated Waste Removal System
As part of an expansion and technological upgrade, the Austin American Statesman asked Balcones Resources to redesign and install a completely automated recycling system.

Balcones Resources picks up the resulting paper waste – about 400 tons per month – on a daily basis.
