Office Administrator/Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant/CSR will be responsible for providing customer service support, assistance to the Program Manager, and general office functions. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary of $11 to $13 per hour (depending on experience), health benefits, 401-K, as well as standard PTO.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, sign them in and provide PPE, distribute mail and faxes, general scanning and filing
  • Complete new client set-up to include billing, routing, and communication to customer
  • Take detailed meeting minutes, set up office space for meetings/tours/lunches
  • Process month-end invoicing, customer statements, checks and rebates
  • Manage Container orders, fulfillment, and Inventory
  • Administer client insurance requests, reporting, invoice copies, and statements as requested
  • Assist with applicable trade shows, booth exhibits, facility tours, and luncheons as needed
  • Support the sales team with leads, networking and customer support issues
  • Facilitate ongoing collection efforts as assigned monthly
  • Enter service work orders and approve subcontractor invoices with acute attention to detail
  • Bilingual Preferred but not mandatory

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter able to take initiative to expand daily responsibilities
